Abhorrent service from Eldo Coaches

I don’t know what would ever make me use this bus again. I booked my daughter and son from Durban to Midrand for Friday 10/01/2020 and the bus was supposed to leave Durban at 7:00 but it came late. I did not mind the extra 20 minutes I spent there waiting for the bus but when my son called me worried sick that the driver had refused to make a stop at Midrand I felt sick!

My wife had to drive all the way to Pretoria while she had been waiting for more than an hour in Midrand. This kind of insulting service does not deserve our support and I pledge with every bus traveller to skip the Eldo Coaches’ name when booking a bus ticket. They will save themselves a lot of unnecessary emotional suffering.
