A mess of a disaster

What a mess! I wouldn't have booked this disaster if I had known what was waiting for me. We waited for hours and were told that the driver is not picking up his phone and no one knows where he is. I went to the website and then came here. One thing that's clear is that no person is happy with the service and the company couldn't care less. I don't even know how these people are still operating
