A horse a carriage would be better

On the 8 of December my mother and daughter traveled with eldo coaches the trip that was supposed to take 1 day took a total of 3 days thanks to the busy breaking and no backup bus to assist them. There was no compensation in giving them food or something to drink during this extended trip. I also booked a trip back an have tried to cancel it to prevent the save horrible experience but to no avail as they have come up with every excuse under the sun why the refund cannot be done. The transportation I wanted to book due to this incompetence has skyrocket and I am unable to afford it. And now my mother and daughter are at the mercy of ..............
