9h00 bus to Durban delayed

My sister was travelling by a 9h00 bus to Durban from Joburg (29/09/2015), to my suprise she called and told me the bus has not arrived yet that was 9:30 they were told that the bus will be delayed by 30 minutes. The bus only came at 10:30 and after that the driver stopped at Montrose as usual but then it took an hour and half for them leave there, the drivers normally swap there and they did not a driver to swap with, apparently he left because he was tired of waiting of the late bus.<br> Eldo Coaches really treat passengers as if they doing favour for them, it sucks big time.
