3 times unlucky - My nightmare trips with Eldo Coaches

Good day. I am a very upset customer. I have been travelling from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand and return for the last 4 weekends and mostly used Eldo Coaches. To my sorrow, The first time I travelled with them, I had a broken seat and had to sit uncomfortable with my baby on my lap for the entire trip from Midrand to Pietermaritzburg on 27 Aug 2017. The second bad experience was when I travelled from Pietermaritzburg to Midrand on 08 Sep 2017 and we got to Midrand within 5 hours. There were 2 drivers on board but the drivers were speeding and at Montrose advised us that we have 15min and was rushed. We then left Montrose and sped to Johannesburg. He kept on braking and I could not sleep or relax as the brakes kept on disturbing me and I kept on praying that we get to our destination safely. My last time I travelled from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg on 12 Sep 2017. The driver was very polite. I had no issues with him however, we broke down for diesel in Estcourt and had to wait for Eldo Coaches to transfer money to Shell Garage before they could give us diesel. We were stuck there for 1hour. The driver did inform his superiors before taking the bus from the depot however his superior refused to listen to him and advised the driver that the diesel will get us all to PMB and Durban which it did not. I am very disgusted and saddened by this bus liner. Thank you
