3 hours bus delay and bad service
I’m utterly disappointed and annoyed by the service or lack thereof from Eldo coaches. I bought a bus ticket from Midrand to Pietermaritzburg (depart on 30/03/18) to leave at 09:25. I am still waiting and the time is now 11:37. Upon calling their 24hr ‘service’ lines their consultants are just as ***********. I spoke to 3 consultants (Ronelle,Kourtney forgot the other one) who promised to track the bus and call me back but dololo!!!!
