15:15 now bus was to arrive at 9:00am. WE ARE STUCK STILL!!

If there was a zero they deserve less than 0. Bus is coming from Mthatha and first before we even left smsz came saying the bus will be Greyhound and some other bus I can’t remember. Greyhound second hand bus came and got stuck before we even travelled far. Then a second greyhound with Eldo sticker came. Why were we not informed about the false advertising of the bus before the day of travel so we can have a choice where there we still want to travel with this because it’s very clever of them to text on the day so you have no option but to take their bus. Second bus also broke two times and we are supposed to arrive in Cape Town at 09:00 am it is not 15:12 pm and the bus has broken down for the 4th time. No contact to the concerns waiting to pick up their people. No explanation to the passengers nor even an offer of water or something to eat under the circumstances. Now the bus is stuck for the 4th time just an hr or so before we arrive. This is the most frustrating travel ever and it’s sad that we book via agents who will loose support because of the service of the buses that is very poor during busy days. Lives get out under danger all because of money. 15:15 for a bus that was supposed to arrive at 9:00am. No call no nothing they don’t even care besides making money.
