Horrible service

This is the second time that I have made an appointment with them and they just never showed up. Didn't contact me either.

First time was beginning of 2021 where there was apologised profusely.

They finished the installation.

Called them this week for another appointment that was scheduled for today, although they couldn't give me a time.

I then called them around 10:00 to get an idea of when to expect them and was told that they would phone me back. An hour later I called back and was told that their technician went to see the doctor and others are out of town. They though that the technician would phone me.

It seems clear to me that they don't want or need the business. Haven't had this kind of experience with anyone except for government institutions.
