Elbann Construction - don't use them

Elbann Construction built a house for us last year, been living in our house for almost 8 months, all snags still not attended to despite us having them in full. Constant geyser issues, geyser is leaking for the 4th time since we moved in. Water meter was not working properly which took months to sort out, had dig up our whole garden to sort it out. Solar panel not working properly. We have to keep on contacting them to remind them that everything is not finished. They just don't accept responsibility for anything and just make excuses. Poor finishes on house, driveway of poor quality, many examples of poor workmanship.
