Irritated and Frustrated from the Bad service

The service is very pathetic, disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, i bought spares which they wrongly supp**** me after giving them all details they wanted for the machine. Secondly, I to pay again for the correct parts and now to get my credit back is quite an issue. No one is giving clear answers as to what is the process how long it takes. All i need is my money back and yet the run around is just frustrating. I have to call them using my money again. Every customer matters. I dealt with Lauraine, K****tso and Melaine and, nothing seems to materialize.
