Incomplete Work

ELAS Africa is a home automation installation company that took over automation installation in my new home from a company that was letting me down. I am having endless problems with my lights and sound systems since I moved into my new house in April 2015. I tried to have a different company takeover and they couldn't as they allege that ELAS installed products (KNX) that are inferior and no longer used. I am getting frustrated because ELAS has opted out of home automation over-site body so I have no one to complain to.
