Unfriendly owner, incorrectly charged, not propper cut

I phoned to have my Schnauzer groomed. Staff only start grooming at 10:00, Unbelievable! I offered to make an appointment some other day, as i only had one hour till my next appointment. Owner offered to accomodate me at 9:15?? Personel did not know about the arrangement, and the lady that did the grooming was not friendly at all. They cannot do a propper Schnauzer cut.....not nice. What a shock , he charged me R10 extra for the groom,.... i presume it was because of the "favour" and did not have the decency to tell me on the phone. The shop assistant did not even know the reason?? The owner is unfriendly over the phone. Stay away people, you will be dissappointed.
