Beware of Elantronics

If I could give zero stars I would. Never ever go with Pieter Jordaan from Elantronics. Worst service ever.

We waited over two months for a solar installation while he kept going in and out of hospital,.while we were sympathetic to his health, my family was experiencing loadshedding and it affected my husband's work, that was not what we had signed up for.

His guys came to install the 'solar' geyser and it took 3 of them the whole day and at the end of the day it was still electric.

They basically rewired my whole house which was not what I asked for, I wanted an off grid system. They would come 1nce a week if I was lucky and made promises to come more frequently.

He **** about getting a Luxpower technician to sort out my system because according to him it was tripping and he needed to get it registered....today more than two months later I still wait for his Luxpower guy.

I eventually gave up on him, after all you can only lie to someone so many times before they catch on.

I got hold of a fantastic company and they hooked me up quickly with no hassles. Now I sit with double plug points in my home(I guess I can't complain too much), which were totally unnecessary.

I Do Not Recommend Elantronics, they do not know what they are doing, buyers beware!!
