Un maintained resort

This is the resort in Mpumalanga-we were booked for 5 days and could only stay one night: Green swimming pool Grass not cut and place is not maintained No electricity Rats droppings on top of the mattress

The owner was exceptionally rude, when we called and complained she offered her personal home, which we declined as we just wanted out money back. The owner refuses to pay the money back--exceptionally disappointing

Her staff complained to us that they had not been paid
