Certificates

The welding learneship students sponsored by National Skills Fund completed their course last year August still haven't received the certificates.When we go to the college head office they just give us a run arround nobody wants to take responsibilty instead they hide.The south African goverment is sponsoring them with a lot of money but they just don't deliver at all we are sick and tired of their attitude now.somebody please do someting I have lost faith in this college wouldn't recommend to anyone
