Rude Salesperson

Called this particular company to enquire about Automotive Glass, after being put through to sales, the sales person says, we don't do automotive glass, I responded by saying, I held on for 10 min, why could your receptionist have not told me that, to which I got a stark reply, my receptionist is in reception, she cannot help you..to which I said, there is a very simple distinction between automotive and household glass, can you not just tell the receptionist to tell people you don't do automotive? The salesperson says, I don`t have to do anything, and put the phone down. I rang back and asked for the manager, only to be put through to the same person, only for her to scream, we can talk about this till you are blue in the face, we don`t do automotive! I said fair enough, is it so hard to just tell your receptionist that, to which she responds, she is not the tea lady, she is the receptionist, and what would you like me to do, give it to you in writing? She was extremely rude for a salesperson and I said, in all my years of dealing with people in sales, you are by far the rudest person I have come across, to which she rep****, too bad, I am the man,the owner, and you can go to hell
