Counterfeit products and Bad service

On our stay in underneath we visited the store above for some supplies, my granddaughter saw a lol surprise doll and asked if she could have it, she has others on the collection, we bought it for her and when we unwrapped it as it is provided in a box and shrink wrapped, upon opening it it was a poor counterfeit copy of the original product, at 5 yrs old my granddaughter burst into tears as it was nothing like the original yet the packaging is!!! We returned to the store for a refund as we promised her we would get her one once we returned home, the Indian man whom was in “charge” was very unhelpful and refused to discuss it, he said subject closed you should not have bought it, we would not have bought it if we could have seen that it was ****!! We are aware of the toxic materials used on counterfeit toys!
