rude call center agent accusing me

the above mentioned organization is handling my claim that the medical aid did not pay and i was not made aware of it so the amount was handed over to them. this very rude and unprofessional woman phones me now asking and demanding when i will be paying. i explained my story to her, and she started to have an attitude towards me. then at the end she tells me i am one rude woman with a big attitude on me. <br> <br> These people are past rude and very unprofessional. this makes me not even wanting to pay this account. and if the owner reads this or the manager please be sure to call me. you can not have woman having PMS at work call clients. <br> <br> thank you<br> Very miss treated unhappy client
