Bad service

What a Bad service got from SAU My car was ****** and recovery mashed on 05 of May 2024 in Ladysmith (KZN) case has been open and suspect was arrested car was taken to panel beaters in Ladysmith at Daves place by (SAU) INSURANCE was promised a to get courtesy car when i took insurance with them . I have been paying for the thing that i am not using for 2 months .no solution bad communication its poor. I summit all documents they want but still no luck on my claims.
