Do not use these people when you plan on moving. They are under investigation as they damaged my goods and over charged me for my load without any paper work or policies/procedures. Justin is extremely rude and I believe they are not registered under SARS. They make a lot of promises yet its all under false pretence. I used them last year June to move from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth where my goods were delivered 3 days later than promised and they charged extra with my motorbike which was R1500 and refused to offload if that money was not paided. They can not give me any break down, policies or procedures on how they amounted to the R1500. They gave me different reasons via sms on to why it was charged. I advise you take the matter further as I did ... Contact the SA consumer complaints on 012 755 277 and they will handle the matter for you. You pay a small fee, but they do all the legal work.
