***** - Wont honor VALID Gift voucher

I bought 2 x gift vouchers for this Salon as part of a marketing campaign - the expiry dates on these vouchers are end of May 2015... I have been trying to book these appointments since the end of April and the owner of the salon refused to help me with one excuse after another... now on 18 May she told me that she will not honour my voucher - hence my money has been ******!!!!<br> <br>
