lieing about security lead to vehicle theft

I recently used an airport parking sevice to keep my car safe while in was away on holiday. The company owner told me that the cars are parked in a warehouse with all day security. I had my holiday but as i was awiating to board my aeroplane back home i received a call from he owner saying my vehicle had been ****** (hotwired). I could not beleive how this happened in a secure parking ware house. I areived at my home towns airport and was given my car keys back from one of the company drivers. Both owner and driver were very unsympathetic about the vehicle theft. Upset anout my car been ****** and poor service i did some digging. I found out that the cars were parked in a mall parking area with little to no security (drivers were the only security, so if they busy then theres no security). The compay has accepted no responsibilty for the vehicle theft and infact have washed thier hands of the whole ordeal. Its as if it did not happen at all. Apparently my theft was not the only problem they have experienced. Cars have been broken into and other thefts have occured. The owner **** about the state of the security which mislead me and now i do not have a car!
