<p>In December 2016, we had rain damage to our carpets and the assessor recommended that we use El Clad Interior and Exterior and we therefore had no reason to doubt their authenticity. Willem came in and on presentation of their quotation, we paid them the deposit required to replace the water damaged carpets which they said they would do in January 2017. This was not done. In early Feb 2017, we had a break in and the ******* caused over R100,000.00 of damage. Once again, the assessor recommended El Clad for dry wall and ceiling repairs. Upon this quotation, we paid them a further deposit, totalling R 130,000.00. Then the lies began, day after day, week after week, also about Willem's father passing away. After 2 months we requested our deposit back which Charlotte said would be done. Day after day, week after week and still nothing. I am now opening a ******** case against them and will contact Elna Rudman to advise.</p>
