2019 one the student enrolled for IT attended all the classes and did all assignments and tests required to write exam end of the year wrote the exam when we want to see the results it said absent.

Spoke to people in charge there found out that the lecture lost all the assignments , tests that was submitted , person spoke to said it was a mistake this means now the student lost a year because of lecture irresponsible and incompetence HOW??? We paid for the subject. Then it happened again all over again 2020 2years have been wasted. From management to lectures is appalling incompetence that institute needs to be closed down, waste of people's time years invested.
