2019 N2 Exam results still pending

Good day

My son was registered for 2019 doing N2 Electrical Trade theory and N2 Mathematics, i paid everything on time. he wrote exams last year 2019 early December. until today he has not received hie results they told us results are pending. this obviously delays 2020 studies. no one is willing to explain to us what exactly is happening.
