EWC Kempton Park does not want.to pay back my money

I have registered with the college to do 1subject in engineering part time.Time passed by i was waiting to be notified when the class will be starting but unfortunately there was no notification .I went to college to find out why and they said they did not have enough students to run the class.Now they send a message.that i can get a refund for the course and when i want the refund they take me back and forth that they want proof and they will forfeit my money end of 2024. How can it be difficult to get my money back for the service that they did not render. Please help,my cellphone number.is ***
