WORST Estate agents!!

As from day one, working with these people was a DISASTER! Firstly the \Manager\" Melissa has no idea of working in a professional manner and she has a bad attitude, upon moving into one of their units, it was the most FILTHIEST place that i have seen in my life. I cleaned the place myself and asked them to repaint it as the walls was DISGUSTING, Melissa had the audacity to tell me the i can just clean it!! We then got a little dog because the WHOLE COMPLEX is full of pets, i also have a ****** as i can't have kids and he is my baby. I got a letter stating that if i do not get rid of my pets, i will receive a R2000 fine, we then got rid of the dog but we refused to get rid of the ******, not even 24hours after the 1st letter, i received a R2000 fine. With the first letter, Richard at Ekurhuleni Estates told us that we must find another place to live, within 2 weeks we found a place that we had to move in immediately otherwise we would lose the place. Now Richard is holding back our whole deposit and charging us penalty of R2500 for moving out earlier than what the lease says, after he told us to find another place. These people have no respect. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!"
