Useless health worker

The worst service ever, last week Friday I went to Bedfordview Ekurhuleni clinic at 13:00 and I was told the person who take blood tests went home. Today I went there during my lunch 14:00 Joyce refused to take my blood and told me that she knocked off I must come tomorrow morning. Disgusting service from Joyce. She must be fired.
