Disgrace Municipality!!!

Talking about incompetence with no sense of contrition whatsoever, it is our municipality of Ekurhuleni. I've been without electricity since Sunday and have been making numerous calls! To what end? It's always the same story "we will escalate this"! My grocery is now rotten and the airtime I keep spending to call even frustrate me more! I don't even think writing here with help because they can't even respond to emails! 🚮🚮 4 days without electricity and no it's not load shedding. I'm the only one in the area/street without electricity.
