Poor service

Last month I received my statement with wrong amount of R20, 000 , which is not supposed to be on my statement, again my statement came back with R41, 000 which is not supposed to be on my account, my account is uptodate , I don't know what they trying to do?? Because this is unacceptable it's *******, i need this nonsense to be fixed and not appear on my account again. ..unit 214 Phase2.... I am sick and tired of this!!
