Poor service delivery, untrained consultant who are don't care about customers at EKS tracking

Mid December I have noticed that my vehicle tracking unit from EKS tracking it is not working as it should because mostly when I drive in certain areas regarded as high risk I get call to check if I'm safe but since December I have noticed that they are no longer calling I decided press panic button to test if the unit is working or not but even if I press no calls from EKS tracking.i tried several times to call them regarding this matter but they kept on saying they will organise technician to come check the unit but even to this date nothing is happening but I'm paying for the dead unit I spoke to consultant by the name of Tlhalefang Ngwako she was so rude to me when I tried to find out she up saying they are upgrading their system and that affect our systems but they don't have solutions in solving the matter I called from 22,23 and 24 December 2024 but to this date nothing has happened and it is my responsibility to make sure that the unit is always working if something happened to my vehicle especially ****** or hijacked insurance won't pay due to tracking unit that is not working properly.since EKS tracking fail to safeguard and monitor my vehicle Im asking hellopeter to assist me in cancelling my contract from this company.This is a day light ******* paying for something that doesn't benefits me.
