Bad gate motor by EKO Argon Elect

EKO Argon installed a brand new gate motor at my home, It gave problems from the the start, they came back 2 month later and promise to come, never showed up, In January 2020 they came after many phone calls and took the motherboard and to date 14 February 2020, no reply on phone calls, messages and emails.
