Worst decision to join ekko!!

We have been trying to book accommodation, but there is never anything available!! We were told that ekko / First Leisure owns 75% of Club Mykonos, but we are never able to book a stay there through ekko!! How is that possible?? Tried to cancel, but 100 excuses. Tried booking through the app and even telephonically - no luck. When you phone and leave a message, no one calls back. When you phone them they tell you there is no record of your call. Pathetic!!
