Unprofessional service

I am so frustrated with Ekko, what I signed up for thinking it's a game changer is turning to be a nightmare. I requested for cancelation 4 weeks ago, had few agents calling me trying to convince me to not cancel. After I was adamant with cancelation and provided a reason for cancelation, I have not received communication. I've sent numerous emails and met with no response, and my calls are even not going through. Tell me why it takes 10 minutes to sign up but cancelation is such a nightmare. This is starting to feel like a ****, like I don't want no refunds just cancel this thing. How can something so simple take so long
