I wanted to make a booking for my husband's friend and asked reservations department to call me back. Desire Chetty gave me a call back on Tuesday and I told her to call me back so I could get back to Mr Chauke. She called back but I couldn't take her call. She never lost heart, she called again and suggested we get Mr Chauke on the line and we did. So she had to call me back to finalize the booking on Thursday as per agreement. Thursday, again, she called and I missed the 3 calls. Today, I asked that she calls me back and she did. I apologized for giving her the runaround and it was never intentional. She laughed with her soft voice, telling me it's okay, that she understands. I just couldn't understand her calmness. Her patience and passion for her job, walking an extra mile like she did, excellent customer service skills she has, shocked me that I wish to have a her on my team as a business owner myself. She really is an amazing soul, going on like she's running her own show, the patience. Wow. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much mam.
