Terrible Terrible service

Terrible Terrible service Ekko Time Share complains department is the worst they don't reply , investigate or even bother to look into your complain. Their consultants just wants to assist with making bookings and that all they care about. Im waiting for over 3 months for head office to contact me with regards to my complain. I even went as far as to stop my debit order but yet nothing no even the accounts department calls you back. People please they promise you the moon and the stars and that you are now a shareholders of these holiday destinations but this is all a lie just to get your money and to get you to sign up. When it comes to making booking even a year in advance they tell you accommodation not available for those dates and multiple place not just one. No one are willing TO ASSIST and keeps on saying we will have someone contact you back.. Ja right no one ever does and this is because they know you cannot do anything about it.
