Misrepresentation of facts (*****)

I met with an agent Veraan at Ushaka on the 26th September who gave a 45 minutes presentation which sounded very nice. He told me every month when they debit I will receive 100 shares for a vacation. I asked him if the shares expire and he said no they don't. When I don't use the shares they accumulate. I was on vacation from johannesburg with my children, I used my last money to pay the joining fee cutting off some activities for my children because I thought I had a great deal. Weeks later I received a call from Ekko head office and the agent told me information which is very different from the presentation we got, she told me that they will debit every month however I only get 100 shares valid for 12 months. 12 months debits adds up to a total of R10 080 just for 100 shares. Veraan **** to me just to get me to join with my last vacation money. I spoke to Amanda on the 22 October that I want a refund and cancellation because I was **** to (misrepresentation of facts) however they still ran a debit on the 25th into my account, now my account is on a minus with the amount they tried to debit. I am still waiting for a refund of my joining fee and the confirmation of cancelation. Let me see if I will get any feedback from Amanda (head office) and Veraan (sales agent at Ushaka).
