I am writing this email on behalf of my manager Mrs NV MOKOENA, it is in regards to the double deduction on her account. Ekko was supposed to debit only R4500 instead of R9000. We have been calling Ekko with no luck to be assisted. This matter was addressed to Christinah and she has been ignoring my manager, I am really not happy on how the matter was handled and i am very worried and vey disappointed on how you conduct your business. I am escalating this matter to Hello Peter before if this matter is resolved today
