Extremely unhappy, i want my refund urgently

I had joined ekko but decided to cancel my membership. Their contract says i will get my refind within 14 days of cancellation, its been more than a month now and they are sending me from pillar to post- i am tired of following up- will i ever get my refund or Ekko is a ****? I have seen many people complaining about the same thing on hello peter. I want my refund please . I was told by Pearl Bandezi that i will get my refund in 7 days but nothing happend
