Complemment to Ekko staff.

I would like to complement Ms Symone Pillay from Ekko travel Group. She always go an extra mile in trying to ensure that the clients get assistance and be happy at the end of the call. She has assisted me with 2 reservations, she went overboard trying to ensure I am well informed about the place I am traveling to and that I get the dates I am looking for. I have been calling Ekko head offices about my challenge, Other employees who picked up my call could not find a way to help me......but Symmone saved the day.
