Prepaid electricity

<p>Last month I received 439 kw electricity for R400. This month, I received a ridiculous 286 kw electricity for R500!!!!!! What is going on? Electricity increase is one thing, but **************** is another!!!!!!! Please assist because at the ekhuruleni you have to wait hours in a queue to be referred to another queue! </p>
