Pathetic and *********** Administration

I am very dissaponted in the way This college is handling their administration, My niece attended at theoi college for 3 years with busary funds and 2016 was the last year she attended to my suprise I have een receiving threatning sms from their credit collectors saying I am owing, and I did not attend at their college my work was for me to asssing niece in signing and paying registration which was done accordingly. I have been going to the college talking to Mr Dube trying to fix this and he promises that it will be fixed because its not our problem is the busary that did not pay and lot of student has been complaining which is unacceptable with such a big goverment college. This incompetence of the staff has cost me the travelling now and then to the college and nothing is done. This is really pathetic service especially from people who always say they are educated. Kindly asssit in this issue this is their *** and embarassing for me to receive such emails at my age not working.
