None transparency

Hello. My name is Lebogang Melcia Maila, I'm a student at the above College. Ekurhuleni East College (Isidingo). I'm very dissatisfied at the lack of customer service, I've received from the college. After being a student there for a year and six months, undertaking my nated courses. I've been made aware upon attempting to collect my N4 certificate that my account with the school is in arrears, knowing very well and evidently having paid my tuition fees diligently and timely in full. The school, has been accepting my school fees montly, whilst I've been attending classes. My account says to be in arrears due to having not paid registration throughout the my studentship at the college, which has lead up to an accumulation of about a R1000 in arrears. There is no transparency at all in how they utilized my funds, and in the adequate quotation of the schools tuition fees, how does a student in their college, register, attend classes throughout the year, paying diligently what is due to the school and not have picked up that, I've allegedly not paid registration, only to be heeded to this knowledge when I go collect my results. I need assistance in this matter due to I cannot be held responsible to for the short comings of the colleges financial and administration department. According to me and my receipts I've paid what is due to the school and need my certificate to utilize at other institutions since I've received a learnership. Thank you
