Bad service/******** practice

Im so disappointed from Ekurhuleni East Tvet Collage (Daveyton Campus) and their head office. I wanted to hire their Auditorium for my Business event and they told me to pay R3240 of which I did ,1 day left before the event I got a message from the campus manager saying that I wont be able to use the auditorium because my money didn't reflect on their account and they are not taking or allow a proof of payment ,which doesn't make sense to me at all,,then 2 days later I went back to them and ask for my full refund since I didnt use their auditorium and they star telling me stories till today and by law, I have to get my full refund ,campus manager doesn't seem to entertain the matter after talking to him and his staff ,they keep telling me about people from their head office who dont even exist from my perspective,I really need the refund so urgently because im also running a business.....
