Avoid going to the EKHAYA Guest House in Ballito!!!

We made a booking with this guest house for a week in mid Feb 2020. Due to a Medical emergency, we are unable to go. He asked for a R1,000.00 deposit, which we immediately paid. Due to the Medical emergency, we then requested for the full refund of the R1,000.00 and he refused!

We brought to his attention, the fact that nowhere on his website or via any communications, are there any mention of a non refundable deposit.

That R1,000.00 doesnt belong (theft) to him and he does not want to refund it at all.

Please, please, please don't make any bookings with this guy. He pockets your money, with a smile on his face!!!
