very bad service

a very very bad service, i have bought a stand from this guys which the stand till today was not registered in my name, the stand was R89500 and the money was paid direct into their lawyers trust account. in February this yeare (2024) i have signed a cancellation letter to cancel due to unemployment and they told me their refund process takes up 200days which i have waited for, today its the 13th november and i am still waiting for my money and i called them daily with out a joy, what other actions must i take for this guys?
