Complain

I called Ejoburg pension fund on the 26th August 2022 asking about cashing out,I was told I can cash out but I need forms from the HR.I even told the consultant that I am not resigning just need some funds.And she still told me I must get forms from my HR When I called them on the 30th August 2022 to tell them that HR says they don't know anything about forms.I was now told that these no cashing out from the pension fund.How *********** can these consultants be.I am not happy at all
