Blocked from using Ejoburg pension fund page

Good morning. My name is Takalani Ramuthaga an ex-employee from City of Johannesburg. I served my notice up until the 31st of Dec 2024. I have been trying to log onto Ejoburg pension fund to try and track if my claim has been loaded, but unfortunately the system blocked me out. I sent them an email on the 12th of Jan 2025, which has my ID number and the employee number. I explained to them that I was blocked or I can’t login.They responded back on the 13th saying they will respond to my concerns within 48hrs. Even at this moment I haven’t received any feedback why I’m blocked . Unfortunately I’m not in the country ( currently in Nigeria), I would go to their office in person. Please help me, I’m very frustrated
