Brand new things aren’t working and then things are ****** from you and no one knows where it is

Eis is just a company full of ******* . They took a brand new grease bucket in for repair. It hasn’t been used before and upon the first use we found that the bucket isn’t working. The bucket was sent in for repairs with a full bucket of grease , R1400 later and the bucket is sent back without the grease . And no one can answer my questions and refuse to replace my grease even though they said it would come back with grease. I had to pay for something that should be covered by warranty so apart from taking my money , you also take my grease . I’m utterly disappointed and I’m a daily if not weekly customer at your store.
