EIP Verspreiders are ********

We bought a light from EIP Verspreiders on the 31st of December 2021. We were told there is a 2year warranty on the light.

On 10 January 2022 I sent an email with our invoice to EIP Verspreiders to inform them that our light is not working. By the 13th of January 2022 I sent a message to Pieter Botha from EIP Verspreiders to inform him that I did not receive any feedback and want to find out what is going on. He advised me that he will courier me a new light in that week.

On the 24th of January 2022 I still did not receive any package. I messaged Pieter Botha again and he told me he will courier the light that same week again.

Today is the 16th of February 2022 and I still did not receive any package as promised from Pieter Botha from EIP Verspreiders.

Looks like they are ******** people in selling broken stuff.
